Green Papaya Salad
Green Papaya is great for digestion, good for skin, removes inflammation and good for removing bad cholesterol.
Ingredients
Green Papaya 1.5 cups
Lime juice 3 tablespoons
Salt 1 tea spoon
Green chilies 4
Garlic 3 cloves
Cilantro 1/4 cups
Cashews 3 tablespoons
Cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup
Process
1. Remove skin of green papaya.
2. Wash it and grate it
3. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves
4. Crush green chilies and garlic in a mortar
5. Mix everything in a bowl
6. Serves 3 servings
